I just jogged for 20 mins solid and I feel AMAZING. Got my pace and my breathing right. Didn't think of the time, I just got on with it. When Laura said I have 2 mins left I just smiled as I knew I was going to finish.
So four months of getting fitter and training and now I can jog for 20 mins. BRILLIANT!!!!!!!!!

ReplyDeleteYour going to be fine Christa. I didn't think about the time and just concentrated on getting round and before I knew it "Laura" popped up saying there was 2 mins left. Just get your breathing comfortable and go for it :0)
ReplyDeleteChrista - you have to remember too that your amazing too just getting yourself up and moving. Thats half the battle. So you keep up the great effort :0)
